Fitzroy Pool sure is lovely. Got there a little early so had time to fit in a 250m swim before the serious stuff started.

Resistance running with band

Resistance run 15 secs, max underwater dive, swim sprint back x 6 (HR spiked massively, very hard)
Resistance run 10 secs, max underwater dive swim sprint back x 6
Max underwater dive, run 10 secs x 6
Push ups from underwater on wall x 12
