Just to mix things up JBSECT trained at the Boulevard this morning. To put it mildly, I felt like pus.
My life feels a bit out of my control at present and I unfortunately, have not been sleeping and then eating to stay awake and eating my stress. Sigh.
Back on the horse as best I can today.
I didn't do any extras, just rode both boulevards and headed into town.
