Well then.

AM

Funnily enough, running was yuk this morning.  It was hard work and I didn't really enjoy it.  I'm quite predictable really.

I've had a few weeks away from the kettlebell session at the gym and by golly I felt it tonight.  My forearms are so sore that it's really quite difficult to type this and I'm sure lots of muscles will be very sore tomorrow.

Rest was alternating between 30 secs prone push up and 30 secs supine push up (reverse crab)
