Pool session and boxes

Pool session with Bec and Jen - 50 mins

warm up
4 x timed sprints length of 25 metre pool

15 secs sprint, 10 secs recovery x 6
swim sprint, 15 secs sprint, 10 secs recovery x 6
swim sprint, 15 secs sprint x 6
max effort dive, then 15 secs run 10 secs recovery x 8
high knees on edge, run to lanerope 5 secs to swim back to wall x 6
cool down straightlegs

Then spent the day at Vic Relief Foodbank sorting and moving vegies.  Made the most of moving bags of onions and potatoes weighing 2-20kgs.

Feeling a little DOMSy in the back from all the swings yesterday so went for a 45min walk to try and flush it out.
