I used to call myself a runner with dreams of running a 3:45 marathon. I haven't given up on that dream but these days I'd call myself a cyclist. Road, CX, MTB, racing or for fun. Having a ball. This is my training log.

Valentine's Day
Rest and craving carbs and sugar. Keen to understand why...I think it's something to do with not eating enough fat, particularly post work out.
Will do some research and hopefully get it under control soon.
